Materials for pancakes
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon sugar
3 cups flour
1 packet of vanilla
1 packet of baking powder
Liquid oil for use during cooking. If you have a suitable ceiling, you may not need it at all.
20 or 25 pancakes are produced from these materials. Sounds like a lot, but we're gonna keep the portions small. it will be thicker and smaller, not thinner and wider.
Let's start doing pancakes!
First, you will beat the eggs, salt and sugar. You don't need a mixer, a simple wire-whisk will do you good. There is no need to beat the egg for such a long time, just stir it fast for a few minutes. Then add the milk and mix. Add the flour, baking powder and vanilla and mix until it is not lumpy. But there must be a darker consistency than cake dough. It must be that when it contacts the hot pan, it will not spread, it will have a thickness.
Lightly oil the pan with a brush. Place the pan in the oven and allow it to heat well. Pour the cake mix you get with a small ladle into the pan from a single point. Don't walk around the ladle, so it's in the ceiling. And don't try to thin the dough out.
After 1-2 minutes, you will see small air bubbles forming on top of the cupcakes. When the gold is cooked enough, those bubbles will explode one by one. When the explosions run low, you know it's time to turn around.
Cook the other face for 2-3 minutes and serve. Continue on until the cake mix is finished. When they're all ready, everybody decide how to eat your pancakes. It goes well with both sweet and salty breakfasts. Even with the fruit.
