Ensisijainen etusija fysioterapia

 

Ensisijainen etusija lääkäreiden on periaate konservatiivinen hoito. Joskus on potilaita niin, että Fysioterapia ei riitä. Erityisesti voimme saada suoraan leikkaukseen, koska potilaat, joilla on edennyt vaiheittain eivät ole jo mukana paranemista fysioterapiaa.

 

Periaatteessa konservatiivista ja fyysistä hoitoa yritetään ensin. Kirurginen toimenpide nostetaan, jos potilas ei reagoi fyysiseen hoitoon.

 

Onnistumis prosentti Fysioterapia on erittäin korkea sopiva valittujen potilaiden. Jos potilaalla on epämukavuutta, joka ei vaadi kirurgista, potilas paranee ei-kirurgiset konservatiivinen interventiot ja fysioterapia.
