Comment épeler les chiffres romains?
Les Romains ont conçu les nombres en répétant quelques symboles avant que les anciens Égyptiens aient fait il y a de nombreuses années.
Leurs valeurs numériques sont les suivantes; i = 1, V = 5, X = 10, L = 50, c = 100, D = 500, M = 1000
Ces lettres, qui sont occasionnellement utilisées aujourd'hui, peuvent être rassemblées pour créer de plus grands nombres. Par exemple, "25", "XXV" est écrit.

Différents numéros peuvent être écrits en tapant des lettres qui ont une plus petite valeur à la fois à droite et à gauche. Cmli = 951, XLVII = 47, CDLV = 455.
Le plus grand et le plus long nombre à écrire avec le chiffre romain est "3888". (MMMDCCCLXXXVIII)
Pas trop souvent, mais quand ils ont besoin de plus grands nombres, ils dessinent une ligne pour augmenter la valeur des lettres "1000" fois.
Les valeurs de lettre qui sont sur la ligne sont les suivantes; V = 5000, X = 10000, L = 50000, C = 100000, D = 500000, M = 1 million
En raison de la difficulté de faire quatre transactions aujourd'hui n'est pas beaucoup d'utilisation. Bien que certaines procédures soient développées, elles sont inadéquates lorsqu'il s'agit de grands nombres.
