Uitvinding van naaimachine

De naaimachine begint in 1790 door de Britse Invventor Thomas Saint's patent op de huid van een proefdier en een machine die voortdurend draad langs deze gaten zal ondergaan, maar deze machine is niet fabrikant. In 1830 maakte de Franse Barthelemy Thimonier een machine die gebruik maakt van de "Kettingsteek"-methode. In een dozijn jaar na dit, Thimonier geproduceerd tachtig stukken uit deze machine, maar de machines werden destroied door een groep Dresemakers die vreesden dat zij hun baan zou worden ontnomen.

 

Een seting Machine Symi aan de naaimachines gebruikt vandaag werd geproduceerd door de Amerikaanse Walter Hunt (1796-1859) voor de eerste keer. Hunt, ontwikkeld in 1834 gemaakt een "cross stitch" met behulp van twee rollen met garen en een naai-naald. Bij deze methode seting waren twee draden aan elkaar geklemd, wanneer ze door het gat doorgegeven.

 

Hunt is ook de invventor van een veiligheidsspeld. De uitvinding van de handicap naald het gemakkelijker gemaakt voor Amerikaanse Elias Howe om octrooi een naaimachine keten na twaalf jaar. Howe heeft gevangen tegen veel mensen, met inbegrip van Isaac Singer, de voorouder van de hedendaagse Singer naaimachines, moet niet worden gebruikt zonder toestemming van het behoud. Zanger watertje trying te halen een octrooi op een naaimachine geïnspireerd door Hunt's machine. Howe, die won de zaak tegen de zanger, ontvangen een royalty vergoeding van zanger ten gevolge van deze zaak. Desondanks was zanger in staat om het produceren van een groot aantal naaimachines en steeds de eerste te binnen schieten wanneer de naaimachine vandaag heette. In sommige landen mensen gebruiken het woord zanger in plaats van de naaimachine.
