Hvilke metoder anvendes til at diagnosticere nyresten?

Ultralyd er den hyppigst anvendte metode i diagnosticering af nyre-og urinveje.

 

Ultralyd er en enkel og hurtig metode.

 

Desuden direkte graphy er en hyppigt anvendt metode.

 

Selv om vi kan identificere de fleste af sten i urinvejene med ultralyd, ser vi ikke omkring 10% til 20% af dem i ultrasonografi.

 

Fordi delene, der er tæt på kan nyrer og urinblære kun ses med ultralyd.

 

Vi kun se de andre dele med en X-ray.

 

I metoden direkte graphy ser vi kun en brøkdel af 50-60% af stenene.

 

Nogle sten kan ikke vises i x-stråler.

 

Vi ser mere end 90% af stenene i billedmetoden kaldet tomografi.

 

Vi at gøre plejer dette uden intravenøs medicin, men i tvivlstilfælde er det muligt atundersøge urinvejene ved at give lægemidler fra venerne.

 

Det kan også være diagnosticeret ved radiologiske metoder såsom medicineret nyre Film (IVP), spiral, computertomografi. Behandlingsplan varierer afhængigt af beliggenhed, antal sten og diameteren af stenene.
