Welke methoden worden gebruikt voor de diagnose van nierstenen?

Ultrasonografie is de meest gebruikte methode in de diagnose van nier en urinewegen stenen.

 

Ultrasonografie is een eenvoudige en snelle methode.

 

Bovendien Direct bestanden is een veelgebruikte methode.

 

Hoewel de meeste van de stenen in de urinewegen we met Ultrasonografie identificeren kunnen, wij zien niet ongeveer 10% tot 20% van hen in Ultrasonografie.

 

Omdat de delen die dicht bij de nieren en de urineblaas kunnen alleen worden weergegeven met echografie.

 

We alleen zien de andere onderdelen met een röntgenfoto.

 

In de directe bestanden methode zien we slechts een fractie van 50% tot 60% van de stenen.

 

Sommige stenen kunnen niet worden weergegeven in x-stralen.

 

We zien meer dan 90% van de stenen in de beeldvorming methode genaamd tomografie.

 

We doen dit meestal zonder intraveneuze medicatie, maar in geval van twijfel, is hetmogelijk om te onderzoeken van de urinewegen door het geven van drugs uit de aderen.

 

Het kan ook worden gediagnosticeerd door radiologische methoden zoals de medicinale nier Film (IVP), spiraal, computertomografie. Het behandelplan is afhankelijk van de locatie, het aantal stenen en de diameter van de stenen.
