Ποιες μέθοδοι χρησιμοποιούνται για τη διάγνωση της πέτρες στα νεφρά;

Υπερηχογράφημα είναι η πιο συχνά χρησιμοποιούμενη μέθοδος για τη διάγνωσητης πέτρες στα νεφρά και του ουροποιητικού συστήματος.

 

Υπερηχογράφημα είναι μια απλή και γρήγορη μέθοδος.

 

Επιπλέον, άμεση graphy είναι μια συχνά χρησιμοποιούμενη μέθοδος.

 

Παρά το γεγονός ότι μπορούμε να προσδιορίσουμε τις περισσότερες από τις πέτρες στο ουροποιητικό με υπερηχογραφικό έλεγχο, δεν βλέπουμε περίπου 10% έως 20% από αυτούς στην υπερηχογραφία.

 

Επειδή τα μέρη που βρίσκονται κοντά του νεφρού και της ουροδόχου κύστης μπορεί να εμφανίζεται μόνο με υπέρηχο.

 

Βλέπουμε μόνο τα άλλα μέρη με μια ακτινογραφία.

 

Στην άμεση μέθοδο graphy, βλέπουμε μόνο ένα κλάσμα από 50% έως 60% των λίθων.

 

Μερικές πέτρες δεν μπορεί να εμφανιστεί σε ακτινογραφίες.

 

Μπορούμε να δούμε πάνω από το 90% των λίθων στη μέθοδο απεικόνισης που ονομάζεται τομογραφία.

 

Συνήθως το κάνουμε αυτό χωρίς ενδοφλέβια φαρμακευτική αγωγή, αλλά σε περιπτώσεις αμφιβολίας, είναι δυνατόν να εξετάσει το ουροποιητικό σύστημα, δίνοντας φάρμακα από τις φλέβες.

 

Αυτό μπορεί επίσης να διαγνωστεί με ακτινολογικές μεθόδους όπως η ταινία φαρμακούχων νεφρών (IVP), σπιράλ, αξονική τομογραφία. Το σχέδιο θεραπείας ποικίλλει ανάλογα με την τοποθεσία, τον αριθμό των πολύτιμων λίθων και τη διάμετρο των λίθων.
