Apakah kaedah yang digunakan untuk mendiagnosis batu buah pinggang?

Ultrasonography adalah kaedah yang paling biasa digunakan dalam diagnosis batubuah pinggang dan salur kencing.

 

Ultrasonography adalah satu kaedah yang mudah dan cepat.

 

Selain itu, mengarahkan graphy adalah satu kaedah yang kerap digunakan.

 

Walaupun kita dapat mengenal pasti kebanyakan batu dalam saluran kencing dengan ultrasonography, kita tidak melihat kira-kira 10% hingga 20% daripada mereka diultrasonography.

 

Kerana bahagian-bahagian yang berdekatan dengan buah pinggang dan pundi kencing hanya akan dipaparkan dengan ultrasound.

 

Kita hanya melihat bahagian-bahagian lain dengan X-ray.

 

Dalam kaedah graphy langsung, kita hanya melihat sebahagian kecil daripada 50%hingga 60% daripada batu-batu itu.

 

Beberapa batu tidak dapat dipaparkan dalam sinar-x.

 

Kita melihat lebih daripada 90% daripada batu-batu dalam kaedah pengimejan tomografi dipanggil.

 

Kami biasanya melakukannya tanpa larutan ubat-ubatan, tetapi dalam kes-kes ragu-ragu, ia adalah mungkin untuk memeriksa saluran kencing dengan memberi ubat-ubatan dari urat-urat.

 

Ia juga dapat didiagnosis dengan kaedah radiologikal seperti filem buah pinggangberubat (IVP), lingkaran, tomografi telah dikira. Rancangan rawatan yang berbeza-beza bergantung kepada lokasi, beberapa batu dan diameter batu-batu itu.
