Hvor er Alexandria fyr?
Alexandria Lighthouse er et af verdens syv vidundere og ligger i Alexandria i Egypten. Alexandria er den næststørste by på middelhavskysten i Egypten.
Byen Alexandria blev opdaget og grundlagt af Alexander Great på 382 F.kr. Byen er navn efter Alexander Great, som også er grundlæggeren.
Byen er kendt for sit store bibliotek, som ligger uden for strukturen i verdens syv vidundere kaldet Alexandria Lighthouse. Alexandria er en meget vigtig by i form af turisme i dag.

Grundlæggeren af byen Alexandria, Alexander den store, var nødt til at ændre landet Egypten efter at have mistet sit liv. Derefter har de mennesker, der bor i regionen, øget deres handelsaktiviteter betydeligt med grækerne. Derfor var der brug for et meget stort fyrtårn.

Efter ødelæggelsen af fyrtårnet med mange naturkatastrofer fandt sted i 1408, Sultan af Mamluk, optegnelse af fyrtårnet, byggede en fæstning i denne region.
