Gdje se nalazi Alexandria Lighthouse?
Jedan od sedam svjetskih svjetskih čuda, Alexandria Lighthouse nalazi se u Aleksandriji, Egipat. Alexandria je drugi po veličini grad na sredozemnoj obali Egipta.
Grad Aleksandrije je otkriven i osnovao ga je Aleksandar Veliki na 382. Grad je ime po Alexanderu velikom, koji je također osnivač.
Grad je poznat po svojoj velikoj knjižnici, koja se nalazi izvan strukture Sedam čuda svijeta zvanom Alexandria Lighthouse. Alexandria je vrlo važan grad u pogledu turizma danas.
Povijest Alexandria Lighthouse:
Osnivač grada Aleksandrije, Aleksandar Veliki, morao je promijeniti zemlju Egipta nakon što je izgubio život. Tada su ljudi koji žive u regiji znatno povećali svoje trgovinske aktivnosti sa Grcima. Iz tog razloga, potreban je vrlo veliki svjetionik.
To je vrlo slavna povijest svjetionika u Aleksandriji tako počeo. Izgradnja ovog velikog svjetionika započela je u vrijeme Batlamyusa.
Budući da je svjetionik Aleksandrije bio velik, nije se mogao dovršiti tijekom razdoblja Batlamyusa, a izgradnja Lanterna završena je nakon što je započela vladavina sina Batlamyusa.
Nakon uništenja svjetionika s brojnim prirodnim katastrofama pojavilo se u 1408, Sultan od Mamluka, rekord svjetionika, izgradio je tvrđavu u ovoj regiji.
