Mitkä ovat hammasproteesin tyypit?

Hammasproteesit on jaettu kiinteisiin proteeseihin ja liikkuviin proteeseihin.

Kiinteä proteesi: Se on jaettu kiinteään proteesiin, johon istutettu tuki ja kruunattu siltaproteesi.

Siirrettävä proteesi: Täysin liikkuva proteesi, Osittainen liikkuva proteesi, Implantti tuettu liikkuvan proteesin.


Implanttityyppiset irrotettavat proteesit luokitellaan niveltyyppien mukaan.

Osittaiset liikkuvat proteesit on jaettu kahteen osaan, yksi on punottu ja toinen on herkkä pidike

Täysin liikkuvat proteesit on jaettu kahteen, tavalliseen ja tuettuun.


On olemassa magneettisia proteeseja, joita käytetään potilailla, joilla ei ole liikaa tukevaa kudosta, joilla ei ole hampaita suuhunsa ja joilla on liiallinen leukaluuja.
