Koje su vrste zubnih proteza?

Dentalne proteze su podijeljene na fiksne proteze i pokretne proteze.

Fiksirana proteza: Podijeljena je na fiksnu protezu s ugrađenom potporom i krunom protezom mosta.

Pokretna proteza: Puna pokretna proteza, Djelomična pokretna proteza, Protetska pokreta podržana implantatom.


Uklonjive proteze podržane implantatom razvrstavaju se prema vrstama zglobova.

Djelomične pokretne proteze su podijeljene na dvije, jedna je pletena, a druga je osjetljiva zagrada

Potpuno pokretne proteze podijeljene su na dvije, normalne i podržane.


Postoje magnetske proteze koje se primjenjuju na bolesnike koji nemaju previše tkiva za podršku, nemaju zube u usta i imaju prekomjerni gubitak čeljusti.


Ponekad se ne može postići željeni ishod u ukupnim protezama primijenjenim u bolesnika s potpunim zubima.

To se vidi kod bolesnika s ekstremnim gubitkom čeljusti. Ukupne proteze primijenjene na ove pacijente mogu izaći iz usta pacijenta dok jedu ili razgovaraju.

Kada se primijeni magnetska proteza, proteza se ne pomiče. Smetnje i žvakanje nisu uznemirujuće. Ponovno stječe samopouzdanje u društveni život.
