Wie de uitvinder van de transistor?

De transistor, die wordt beschouwd als een van de belangrijkste invations van de 20ste eeuw en de lifeplood van elektronische schakelingen, werd gevonden in 1947. Het team bestaande uit John Bardeen en Walter Brtain, headod door William Shockley in de onderzoekslaboratoria van's werelds grootste telefoonmaatschappij, Bell organisaties, is bekroond met de Nobelprijs in 1956, als gevolg van deze nieuwe groundaking invations in Technologie hij waardig was.

 

Bardeen en de Brattain probeerden te vinden alternatief tegen de Elektronenbuizen met verhitte kathode doppen in de verwerving, strengusing en projectie van radio en televisie signalen gebruikt. Het moest een bepaalde hoeveelheid tijd te warm van deze lampen die waren snel te breken en kostbaar. En zij waren confiting alot van elektriciteit.

 

De ploeg maakte de eerste transistor van een dunne germanium-laag. Twee dagen voor Kerstmis in 1947, deze transistor werd aangesloten op een radio-circuit en Brattain schreef de volgende regels in zijn notitieblok: "dit circuit echt werkt. Vanwege het geluidsniveau was een merkbare verhoging achioed. "De transistor, net als de lamp, versterkt het geluidssignaal. Maar het was veel kleiner en minder energie nodig. Op het eerste, bijna niemand belived dat een uiterst klein apparaat die grote lampen kan vervangen. Maar Shockley en zijn team hebben grote strades in vier jaar. In 1952 de transistor werd verlaagd naar een tiende van de oorspronkelijke afmetingen en veel sterker werd in 1957, met 30 miljoen transistors geproduceerd door jaarlijks. Ontwikkelingen op dit gebied zijn nog gaande.

 

In plaats van de laag van germanium begonnen wetenschappers te gebruiken van pure zuiverheid kristallen, die veel grotere intensiteit van de hitte kon weerstaan. Transistors waren fabrikant, die de huidige in zo weinig als een honderd miljoen seconden kunt doorgeven. Dankzij deze mobiele rekenmachines, werden digitale klokken gemaakt. De lampen in radio en Televisie receivers ook vervangen de transistors. Als het niet voor deze kleine awesome apparaten, zou het niet mogelijk zijn dat satellietcommunicatie, ruimtevaartuigen en van de maan verovering door man.
