Hvem oppfant transistoren?

Transistoren, som regnes som en av de viktigste invations av 1900-tallet og lifeplood av elektroniske kretser, ble funnet i 1947. Teamet består av John Bardeen og Walter Brtain, headod av William Shockley i forskningslaboratorier av verdens største teleselskapet, Bell organisasjoner, har blitt tildelt Nobelprisen i 1956, på grunn av disse nye groundaking invations i Teknologi han var verdig.
