Çocukların sağlıklı beslenmeleri için akşam yemeğinde mutlaka dört besin grubundan

( 1-Süt Grubu 2-Et, Yumurta, Kuru Baklagil Grubu 3-Sebze ve Meyve Grubu 4-Ekmek ve Tahıl Grubu) her birinin tüketilmesine dikkat edilmelidir.

Eğer et grubu besin tüketiliyorsa mutlaka çocuğun yeme şekline uygun hale getirilmelidir.

Yemekler çocuğun yaşına göre yeme isteğine uygun hale getirilmelidir.

Kızartma yöntemi ile yemek pişirme çocukların sağlıklı beslenebilmeleri açısından kesinlikle kullanılmamalıdır.

Kızartma ile pişirme yöntemi yerine ızgara, haşlama veya fırında pişirme gibi sağlıklı yöntemler kullanılarak etler pişirilmelidir.

Eğer akşam yemeğinde et tüketiliyorsa yanında demir emilimini arttıran c vitamini açısından zengin çiğ sebze kaynakları tüketmek çok güzel bir tercihtir.

Aynı zamanda sebze grubundan mutlaka besin bulunmalıdır. 

Sebzeler çocuklar tarafından malesef çok sevilmediği için yanında yoğurt, cacık, ayran gibi süt grubundan besinlerin takviseyi çocukların sebzeleri yemesini kolaylaştırabilir.

Bunun dışında tam buğday makarnası, bulgur pilavı, çorba gibi besinler de çok sık olmamak kaydıyla çocuklarımıza verebileceğimiz akşam yemeği seçeneklerindendir.
